This page explains what information we collect about you, and how we use it.

The app stores all your tasks, emails and documents on your computer. It does not send us any information about you or how you use the app.  We do not have access to your tasks, emails or documents.

When you visit our web site or download our app, we keep your IP address. We use it only for statistical data about how many visits we get, and how many downloads occur.  We cannot identify you from your IP address.

We use a third-party payment processor for purchases of our app.  We don’t get your credit card number or other payment details.  The payment processor sends us your name and email address. We may use this information to send you information about our app and our other products and services. We don’t give it to other people to market their goods or services, and we don’t use it to market other people’s goods or services.   If we sell or transfer our business or the part of our business that provides the products or services you use, we may transfer your name and and email address the the purchaser or transferee.  If you don’t want us to send you emails, email us at support@tasklist.biz, and we’ll stop.

If you send us emails, we may keep your emails, but we won’t use them for any purpose other than to communicate with you.

If you would like us to delete the information we have about you, please email us at support@tasklist.biz, and we’ll delete it (except your IP address, because we don’t know which IP address is yours).

We may use cookies to identify you as you move through our web site.  We don’t use cookies for marketing purposes, and we don’t provide any information to third parties about your use of our web site.

We are not subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.100 et seq., also known as the CCPA), because we don’t meet any of the threshold requirements for coverage under the CCPA in Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140.
